Your first visit at Ease Remedial Massage is special.
This first session will involve a more in depth consultation to allow you to explain your concerns and receive information in order to achieve the best results out of your massage.

Book Your Appointment in Few Easy Steps
- Click on the button below to access to a Secure Booking System where you will be able to choose your desired Treatment;
- Select among the available dates and times;
- If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll be invited to fill in the forms with your details. Otherwise, fill-in with your login details;
- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You will also receive a reminder email the day before your treatment with a link to fill in your COVID-19 intake form.
Please remember: online booking is not available for treatments that start less than 3 hours from your booking time.
No payment is required at this stage, you will pay at the time of your treatment. Your credit card details are encrypted and your card will only be charged on the day of your appointment if you wish to use it as your payment method or in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Other available methods are cash and electronic bank transfer.
Remedial treatments are claimable with all health funds.

Cancellation policy
If you can no longer attend to your treatment session please advise via call, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation and the option to reschedule. If you booked online you can cancel, reschedule and rebook your appointments using your Fresha account; 24 hours cancellation policy still applies.
For late cancellations call Ease Remedial Massage on 0491 056 967. If unattended please leave a voicemail.
Cancelling within 24hrs incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Not showing to your appointment incurs a 100% fee. In case you experience COVID-19 symptoms you can cancel at any time without penalty.
About Ilenia
Ilenia has been treating muscular aches and pains for more than 9 years. Starting as a physiotherapist in Italy, she then moved to Australia and graduated in remedial massage. She has been working in spas, massage clinics and functional gyms since, treating a variegated clientele, from office workers to athletes.

Easily the most skilled and effective remedial massage I have ever experienced. Ilenia is very knowledgeable about the body, but also highly intuitive and knows the exact spots to target with the right amount of pressure.
