Your first visit at Ease Remedial Massage is special.

This first session will involve a more in depth consultation to allow you to explain your concerns and receive information in order to achieve the best results out of your massage.

There is now an additional online Covid-19 Intake Form to fill in before every treatment.

1. Click on the button below to access to a Secure Booking System where you will be able to choose your desired Treatment;
2. Select among the available dates and times;
3. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll be invited to fill in your details. Otherwise, use your Fresha account login details;
4. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. 
5. You will also receive an email reminder and SMS 72hrs and 24hrs before your treatment with a link to fill in your COVID-19 intake form.

Please remember: online booking is not available for treatments that start less than 3 hours from your booking time.

No payment is required at this stage, you will pay at the time of your treatment. Your credit card details are encrypted and your card will only be charged on the day of your appointment if you wish to use it as your payment method or in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Other available methods are cash and electronic bank transfer. 
Remedial treatments are claimable with all health funds.

If you can no longer attend to your treatment session please advise via call, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation and the option to reschedule. If you booked online you can cancel, reschedule and rebook your appointments using your Fresha account; 24 hours cancellation policy still applies.

Cancelling within 24hrs incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Not showing to your appointment incurs a 100% fee. In case you experience COVID-19 symptoms you can cancel at any time without penalty.
